Redfearn Capital recapitalized a $107.5 million industrial real estate portfolio made up of properties throughout Florida. DRA Advisors partnered on the transaction.
The portfolio, originally established in 2020 in partnership with TPG Angelo Gordon, includes 10 properties spanning Jacksonville, South Florida, Clearwater, and Orlando, totaling more than 900,000 square feet. With DRA Advisors as the new institutional partner for this portfolio, Redfearn Capital will continue executing its value-add investment strategy, improving operations and capitalizing on new leasing opportunities in these markets.
Redfearn Capital and TPG Angelo Gordon remain partners in two other joint venture funds and will continue acquiring assets throughout the Southeast United States. Founded in 2014, the firm has rapidly grown to oversee $750 million in mostly industrial assets, spanning 4.9 million square feet and housing more than 250+ active tenants across three states.
