Redfearn Capital is a private real estate investment firm based in Delray Beach, Florida with over $450 million of assets under management and over 3.5 million square feet in three states with a focus on industrial and small bay assets.

Alexander P. Redfearn

Founder, President and CEO

Alex founded Redfearn Capital in 2014 with the mandate to acquire value add and opportunistic commercial real estate opportunities.   Redfearn Capital has an entrepreneurial spirit which gives the team the ability to close deals of all sizes and across different asset classes.  Since starting his career in commercial real estate, Alex has grown Redfearn Capital from a startup in 2014 to over $450 million of assets under management totaling over 3 million square feet in three states.  

Redfearn Capital has acquired and redeveloped industrial, office, medical office, and retail with a concentration in South Florida. Alex focuses on broker and tenant relationships to create value across the portfolio with a feeling of personal service and perspective.

Alex graduated with distinction earning his MBA from University of Miami and graduated from Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.

Joseph A. Pasquale

CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Joe Pasquale is responsible for guiding the acquisition process through due diligence, underwriting, negotiation and closing. In addition, Mr. Pasquale assists with real estate capital market transactions including dispositions, joint ventures, and financings. Previously, Mr. Pasquale was the Vice President of Asset Management where he managed a portfolio consisting of $450m AUM and implemented measures to sustain and enable Redfearn Capital’s growth trajectory.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pasquale worked for New England Development, a private real estate development company with more than 52 million square feet of retail, commercial, residential and hospitality space to its credit. At New England Development, Mr. Pasquale was involved in many aspects of the business, including underwriting, permitting, design and construction.

Mr. Pasquale holds his B.A. from Northeastern University and his Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
