Tony Morelli is the Vice President at Redfearn Capital, where he leads the firm’s strategic acquisition initiatives, driving growth through market analysis, deal sourcing, and financial modeling. Tony plays a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring value-add, distressed, and opportunistic properties, significantly contributing to Redfearn Capital’s expanding portfolio across the Southeastern United States. His strategic vision and leadership are critical to the company’s success in an increasingly competitive real estate market.
Before joining Redfearn Capital, Tony held roles at CP Group and IP Capital Partners, where he primarily focused on acquiring and managing Class A office buildings in South Florida. Throughout his career, Tony has played a key role in acquiring and recapitalizing nearly 3.5 million square feet of property, amounting to $600 million.
Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida as well as a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
