Alexander (“Alex”) Redfearn is the Founder, President, and CEO of Redfearn Capital, a private equity real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of commercial real estate properties across the Southeastern United States. Since founding the company in 2014, Alex has driven Redfearn Capital’s impressive growth, amassing a portfolio of small bay, manufacturing, and logistics warehouses that exceeds $700 million in assets under management and spans more than 4.5 million square feet.
Alex’s entrepreneurial journey in real estate began during his pursuit of an MBA at the University of Miami, where the concept for Redfearn Capital first took shape. What started as a case study evolved into a successful business, acquiring over 70 properties across four states.
Under Alex’s leadership, Redfearn Capital has focused heavily on both tenant and broker relationships, resulting in long-lasting partnerships with over 225 active tenants to date. His ability to develop strong relationships and make quick decisions has been central to the company’s sustained growth and reputation as a trusted operator.
Alex holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business, where he was captain of the Division I golf team during his junior and senior years. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
