Francesco Camarda is Vice President at Redfearn Capital, where he plays a key role in the firm’s acquisition strategy and execution. Since joining the company, he has been instrumental in sourcing, underwriting, and closing transactions that support the firm’s disciplined, value-driven investment strategy. Known for his collaborative approach and strong relationships with brokers, owners, and operating partners, he is focused on identifying opportunities that drive long-term value for investors and tenants alike. Over the course of his career, he has acquired over $325 million in real estate across the Southeast by bringing a sharp financial acumen and data-driven mindset to every transaction. Prior to joining Redfearn Capital, he spent time at another South Florida private equity real estate firm, where he built a strong foundation in institutional acquisitions and market analysis.

He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida, where he developed a deep understanding of real estate investment, capital markets, and portfolio strategy. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing, surfing, and rooting for the Florida Gators.

With extensive experience in real estate accounting, Jose ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to support the firm’s strategic decision-making process.

Jose has a proven track record of implementing internal controls, streamlining financial processes, and leading accounting teams through complex accounting transactions and initiatives. Prior to joining Redfearn Capital, he held senior accounting roles in the real estate industry, specializing in commercial and multi-family assets.

Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with over a decade of experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Alexander (“Alex”) Redfearn is the Founder, President, and CEO of Redfearn Capital, a private equity real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of commercial real estate properties across the Southeastern United States. Since founding the company in 2014, Alex has driven Redfearn Capital’s impressive growth, amassing a portfolio of small bay, manufacturing, and logistics warehouses that exceeds $815 million in assets under management and spans more than 5.1 million square feet.

Alex’s entrepreneurial journey in real estate began during his pursuit of an MBA at the University of Miami, where the concept for Redfearn Capital first took shape. What started as a case study evolved into a successful business, acquiring over 70 properties across four states.

Under Alex’s leadership, Redfearn Capital has focused heavily on both tenant and broker relationships, resulting in long-lasting partnerships with over 250+ active tenants to date. His ability to develop strong relationships and make quick decisions has been central to the company’s sustained growth and reputation as a trusted operator.

Alex holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business, where he was captain of the Division I golf team during his junior and senior years. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
